Revovista provides tailored solutions for independent hotels, villas, hostels, B&Bs, and cloud kitchens, including but not limited to:

  • Listing and managing properties on OTA platforms

  • Organic marketing and branding

  • Website development

  • Revenue optimization strategies (ADR, ARR, RevPAR)

3. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

To ensure the highest quality of service, Revovista follows a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that include:

  • Initial Consultation: A thorough assessment of your property’s needs and challenges.

  • Strategy Development: Creating a customized plan tailored to your specific goals.

  • Implementation: Executing the agreed-upon strategies with regular updates.

  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking key metrics and making adjustments as needed.

  • Ongoing Support: Providing continuous assistance and guidance to ensure sustained growth.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their properties. This includes, but is not limited to, property details, pricing, and availability. Failure to provide this information may impact the effectiveness of our services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees, and we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Revovista website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Revovista or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. Handover Procedure

As a service-based agency, Revovista will collect the necessary data to effectively carry out operations for your property. Once our work is completed, we will provide a 72-hour buffer period during which clients can request changes. Please note that changes are subject to certain limitations, which will be discussed during the initial consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Revovista will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Refund Policy and Subscription Plans

All services provided by Revovista are non-refundable. Once a service has been rendered, payment is considered final. 

For subscription plans, if you wish to cancel, you must inform us at least 10 days prior to the intended closure date. This notice period is necessary to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

11. Client Responsibility for Additional Expenses

All extra expenses incurred during the execution of services—such as marketing on Meta, email campaigns, Google Ads, and subscriptions to third-party applications—will be the responsibility of the client.

Revovista will obtain quotations for these services from our trusted channel partners and present them to you for approval before proceeding. This ensures that you are fully informed of any costs associated with your marketing and operational strategies.
